Here at Chef on the go I take pride in providing the best food quality and customer service possible. Food is a major part of the service but not as nearly as important as the level of hospitality and value you show a client. Accountability is everything and I stand firm on that from the time I pick up the phone until the time I walk into a client's home. Whatever the occasion is you can trust that chef on the go has you covered.

ABOUT
Chef Alfrederick Coleman(AC)is a native of South Boston, VA. He started working at a restaurant his senior year of high school at a spot called Smokin Jakes House of BBQ where he enjoyed getting hands on experience working in a kitchen. Chef Alfrederick then attended the Art Institute of Raleigh Durham where he achieved his bachelors degree in culinary management. After college Chef AC then joined the Norwegian cruise line in Hawaii where a lot of experience was gained. During his time aboard the cruise line Chef Alfrederick worked many stations on there including pantry, grill, carving, and breakfast. Throughout Chef Alfrederick’s 8 years of experience in the field he has worked at various restaurants and retirement homes, He’s even worked under Chef Shawn Holland in Durham, NC who catered a celebrity’s wedding. Chef Alfrederick Coleman specializes in American comfort foods, Italian cuisine, and healthy diets such as vegan, vegetarian, keto, etc. He's based out of Hillsborough, NC. When he is not in the kitchen he enjoys the outdoors, playing chess, watching tv, traveling or whatever the occasion...
